Week 2
Overdid it a bit. Ran 6 days in the AM and walked very briskly 4 days in the PM.
Getting used to back to back runs again before amping up daily distances
Have recently started logging activities on RunKeeper in addition to Garmin. RunKeeper interface is taking me time to get used to.
Onward to Week 3 – have to amp up the running distance to 80-85km here this week (my week runs Sunday through Saturday)
