Its (T)raining again. . .
Started proper training yesterday for yet another of my runs. Ran about 17km in under 2 hours. Good to know I have not lost touch (yet)!!! Thankfully no blisters. The route remains the same – KBR park’s outer running track. Temperature in the AM is about 27-28C while it gets to about 38-40C in the evenings.
Note to self: Need more hydration and electrolytes.
